This is a sample menu of our more traditional full week classic eats menu. Included in this menu is half a bottle of wine per person and a 3 course meal. If you have a particular dish you would like to see here, please let us know.

Pear stuffed with blue cheese, roasted honey hazelnuts and basil dressed salad
Heritage tomato, burrata and basil salad
Mini Tartiflette with green salad, vinagerette and cornichons
MAINS
Duck breast, orange and saffron sauce, potato thins, beetroot carpaccio and asparagus
Roasted fillet of pork in a herb crumb, chorizo polenta, red pepper puree, creamy leeks and garlic mushrooms
Beef bourguignon, mustard mashed potatoes, honey and thyme roasted carrots
Hake, lemon and herb bulgar wheat, green beans and salsa
Leg of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, creamy savoyarde cabbage and red wine jus
Chicken wrapped in parma ham, chickpea and sunblush tomato salad, braised baby gem, feta and salsa verde
VEGETARIAN
Root vegetable tarte tatin, raspberry sauce, boulangère potatoes, braised red cabbage and celeriac purée
Roasted red pepper polenta, red pepper purée, creamy leeks and garlic mushrooms
Slow roasted aubergine, gremolata, crushed new potatoes, spinach, honey and thyme roasted carrots
