Pan fried salmon, salsa verde with baked fennel, cider fondant potatoes and greens

Slow cooked Moroccan lamb, cauliflower steaks, chickpea and apricot couscous and harissa yoghurt

Pan-fried chicken breast, garlic potato thins, lentils, spinach and spicy schug pesto



Root vegetable tarte tatin, raspberry sauce, boulangère potatoes, braised red cabbage and celeriac purée

Roasted red pepper polenta, red pepper purée, creamy leeks and garlic mushrooms
