Duck breast, orange and saffron sauce, potato thins, beetroot carpaccio and asparagus

Roasted fillet of pork in a herb crumb, chorizo polenta, red pepper puree, creamy leeks and garlic mushrooms

Beef bourguignon, mustard mashed potatoes, honey and thyme roasted carrots

Hake, lemon and herb bulgar wheat, green beans and salsa 

Leg of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, creamy savoyarde cabbage and red wine jus

Chicken wrapped in parma ham, chickpea and sunblush tomato salad, braised baby gem, feta and salsa verde



Root vegetable tarte tatin, raspberry sauce, boulangère potatoes, braised red cabbage and celeriac purée

Roasted red pepper polenta, red pepper purée, creamy leeks and garlic mushrooms

Slow roasted aubergine, gremolata, crushed new potatoes, spinach, honey and thyme roasted carrots

Mushroom and brie risotto, parmesan crisp, pine nuts, garlic bread, tomato and onion salad

 Moroccan vegetable tagine, cauliflower steak, chickpea and apricot couscous and harissa yoghurt
